The inspiration for our children’s clothing shop began when I started my first job at one of the major SA Retail Head office in the late 90’s. Quality and comfort are paramount in the decision making of what we want to offer to our customers. Visit our website and purchase a voucher you want.  Then pay for it at checkout. Once you done purchase, WhatsApp +27 73 146 3407 or email (hello@babyandiemporium.co.za) us the voucher to receive a checkout code.  Do note that our vouchers are valid for 6 months. 

You are welcome to buy a gift voucher for your friend. We will send you a voucher number within 24hours, so they can shop from the comfort of their home

Certain products can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Our larger  products made just for you (for example cots and rocking chairs) can take 6-8 weeks depending on load shedding schedules. If unsure please contact us. 

Exchange is only valid within 7 days of purchase.  The product must be in original package. If we sent the incorrect product vs what was ordered, the courier costs will be carried by us, however if the customer purchased incorrectly, they will carry the cost for the product to be returned.

We do not offer cash for the returns, however you will receive a credit note. With the nature of our product, we will provide you with credit for any exchange in the store. Please read further here.

We take cards (Visa and Mastercards, no American card). We offer EFT, Yoco. With EFTs the money must reflect into our account before we process the order.  We might consider immediate payment if the order is urgent.
